The annual Kansas Solid Waste Management Conference is held each fall and is sponsored jointly by the Kansas Sunflower Chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) Bureau of Waste Management.

This conference attracts a large number of solid waste professionals and operators, representing public and private sector organizations from throughout Kansas and neighboring states. It includes a mix of informational presentations on important industry topics and fun events for socializing. It also provides an excellent opportunity for vendors to exhibit their services / products and interact with potential clients.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Conference Exhibitor Registration

Platinum Level is $1,750 – includes large equipment parking, an indoor equipment display space with electricity, two conference attendee registrations, signage, and recognition at all events. SELECT SPACE.

Gold Level is $1000 – includes a table, 10-foot booth display area with electricity, one conference attendee registrations, signage, and recognition at all events. SELECT SPACE.

Break Sponsor is $500 – includes signs posted during breaks.

Additional conference attendee registration fee for registered Platinum and Gold level exhibitors is $250 each (early bird price until Sept 1, 2024 is $225) 

Conference Attendee Registration

Registration includes access to all presentations, training sessions, exhibit hall, conference meals, and two evening receptions (October 1st Opening Reception and October 3rd Exhibitor Sponsored Reception).

Rate for SWANA members = $320 (early bird price until Sept 1, 2024 is $280) 

Rate for Non-SWANA members = $350 (early bird price until Sept 1, 2024 is $300)

GOLF TOURNAMENT Registration
