The annual Kansas Solid Waste Management Conference and Operator Training Course is held each fall and is sponsored jointly by the Kansas Sunflower Chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) Bureau of Waste Management.

This conference attracts a large number of solid waste professionals and operators, representing public and private sector organizations from throughout Kansas and neighboring states. It includes a mix of informational presentations on important industry topics and fun events for socializing. It also provides an excellent opportunity for vendors to exhibit their services / products and interact with potential clients.

Conference Exhibitor Registration

Platinum Level is $1,500 – includes an indoor equipment display space with electricity, four conference attendee registrations, signage, and recognition at all events. SELECT SPACE.

Gold Level is $750 – includes a 10-foot booth display area with electricity, two conference attendee registrations, signage, and recognition at all events. SELECT SPACE.

Silver Level is $500 – includes one conference attendee registration, break sponsorship, signage, and recognition at all events.

Additional conference attendee registration fee for registered exhibitors at the platinum, gold, and silver levels is $180 each.

Registration includes access to all presentations, training sessions, exhibit hall, solid waste facility tours, conference meals, and two evening receptions (October 2^nd Opening Reception and October 3^rd Exhibitor Sponsored Reception).

Early bird rate for SWANA members = $180 (register by September 16, 2019)

Early bird rate for Non-SWANA members = $200 (register by September 16, 2019)

SPORTING CLAYS Registration  

Please register by September 16, 2019 to reserve your spot. Sporting Clays will include teams of four for the competition. 

Shooter = $75 per person, $300 for team of four. 

Sporting Clays Sponsorship = $100 (includes signage with your company logo at the sporting clays course. It does not include a sporting clays registration; please pay "sporting clays registration" to shoot.)
